6 Foods to Avoid Before Sex

09.08.19

A couple of years ago we gave you a list with super foods that boost your performance in bed. Because who doesn’t love having some steamy sex at the end of the day feeling like you can go on for hours without getting exhausted?

It’s a well-known fact that certain foods help increase stamina while others make us feel like zombies. We’re back with a list of what NOT to eat if you want to enjoy the best sex of your life and avoid having a stinky breath while you’re at it.

Hot pepper

Yup, you heard it: hot pepper is your enemy if you dream of a memorable date. We know many of you love to eat spicy tacos and salsa but think twice before you do it. Especially if you’re scheduled for a hot rendezvous in a couple of hours.

The component found in hot peppers, capsaicin, is the culprit behind those heavy sweating spells you have after you eat some. Can you imagine dripping sweat without stopping while you’re on top or under your client or escort?

Onions and garlic

Number two on our list, these two should never be eaten right before an encounter. Avoid them altogether if you don’t want your partner to run screaming because of your bad breath. You can be sure they won’t want to book you if you’re an escort and you’ll never want to have them come over ever again if they’re a client.

The sweet stuff

Who can resist the heavenly temptation that comes in the form of cookies, chocolate, cakes, and so on? Very few, that’s for sure. The sugar found in sweets is good for the brain because it gives us energy. However, the effect is only temporary.

Plus, sugary foods risk making you escorts and clients tired before and during your big date. To avoid all that, the best thing to do is to look for hummus, whole grains, whole wheat crackers, or all three. Mix these three up or eat just one of them.

Alcohol and coffee

Red wine is popular for its properties, including its power to relax people and make them open up more. Our advice is to stop at one glass, because if you drink more, you might fall asleep right in the middle of lovemaking. No one wants that, do they? Keep your wine intake in moderation and you’ll be fine.

The sulfur compounds in coffee will give you stinky breath. Plus, they will make your mouth feel all dry and unpleasant, so keep coffee far away from your lips the day of the booking.

Fatty foods and dairy products

Ranging from steaks to French fries and everything in-between, foods with a lot of fat will make you feel full and drowsy. Instead of looking forward to receiving or offering deep penetration, the only thing you’ll want will be sleep.

Dairy is to be avoided at all cost and the reason for that is simple: it makes your breath stink and gives your body a sour odor.

Cruciferous veggies

What are those? They’re the following vegetables: cabbage, bok choy, Brussels sprouts, cauliflower, broccoli, kale, and every other green leaf example you can think of.

Never ever eat them if you want some sweet fun between the sheets. You will avoid embarrassing situations such as feeling bloated or gassy for hours.
