Get Your Body Ready For The Beach!

With summer already here and places like Ibiza, Saint Tropez and Mamaia prepared for escorts, better do your best to have a rockin’ summer body! Grab the nearest credit card and spend some well-earned money on hotel rooms, plane tickets, outfits and whatever else you need for this hot and long summer season. Those of you who still need some workout, we’re here with several tips on how to have a bootylicious butt!

 

Butt lifts are awesome. You should start with them, then move on to other types of workout. What’s great about these lifts is that they’re also good for your abs. Once your waist is narrower, your ass will look even more curvaceous. Ever wanted an hourglass shape? Now’s the chance! Here is how to do this exercise: lay on the floor and keep both of your arms by your sides. Your heels should rest on either your bed, yoga ball or any other kind of raised surface. Squeeze your butt cheeks and raise your hips off the floor until you are balancing on your shoulders and heels. Make the workout even better by controlling each movement; now lower yourself back down (do it slowly) to the starting position.

 

Walking lunges are variations of basic lunges. If you’ve never done something like that: keep your feet apart at shoulder’s width and then take a stride forward using your right foot (make sure the stride is large). After that, bend your knees till the left one touches the floor. When done, return to a standing position by rising. To do a walking lunge, you need to repeat the previous steps, but do this instead of coming back to the standing position: push forward.

 

Kickbacks are next. They’re some of the easiest exercises to enjoy in your free time; and the results will come in no time at all! The correct way to perform them is this: begin by standing upright. Then make sure your right leg is kept straight. While doing that, lift the same leg out behind you. Do it till the toes are raised around 30 cm off the floor. Hold the leg and count to 3. Move on to the left leg and do the same. Each of your legs should go through this routine 20 times.

 

Squats are one of the most popular exercises for someone’s butt. There are two advantages to this workout: your derriere will be both toned and plump. Do it like this: stand with the feet apart and then simply squat down. Do the latter as though you just saw a chair and wanted to seat on it. Be sure to have your knees bent at 90 degrees. As soon as they are, clench your butt cheeks. Return to the standing position after you are done. 3 sets of 20 squats a day will do their magic faster than saying “cheese”. After a couple of weeks you can add weights to your squats.

 

Last but not least, try to climb stairs! Do it with the ones in your home, at your agency, a hotel and so on. Going down stairs is also very beneficial. It’s best to climb stairs two at a time. Avoid using the elevator if you can. Do this workout every day if that’s possible, but only after you’ve climbed stairs for a month. It’s not as easy as it sounds, so don’t try something complicated after just one week.
