How to Avoid Getting the Flu This Season Part 1

27.10.15

The cold season is here and escorts are humans, too, so they can easily get the flu. It can happen either during a booking or in their own free time. Being sick is no fun, but for female providers it’s even harder. They have to be healthy, otherwise they can’t do their job properly. Which means a loss in both money and clients, because if the flu is difficult to treat, the escort will have to spend a lot of time away from her job and you. Not to mention that if she decides to go to work sick, she risks infecting the men she has appointments with. We have some tips & tricks for you on how to avoid falling ill this autumn (and winter)!

Remember when we suggested exercising as a way to stay in shape and be healthy? We’re doing it again, this time to tell you that working out is a great method to avoid getting that annoying cold. But you have to exercise for at least 30 minutes every day (if you can’t, do it at least 3-4 times a week). The effects won’t come at once; you will get sick, but the cold will stay with you for a shorter period of time and symptoms won’t be as bad. You can choose between running, walking or going to the gym before or after bookings. Either way, move your body for half an hour.

Do you have bleach somewhere in your house or purse? If you don’t, we recommend buying a bottle; an anti-bacterial cleaner works, too. Guys who come to your incall have all sorts of germs on their clothes and bodies. These nasty little things remain on your knobs, door handle and so on. A smart idea is to clean those surfaces with the stuff we mentioned; do it as soon as your clients head home and you won’t have to worry about the flu too much. If you don’t like the smell of the disinfectant, get some air freshener; or some candles with your favorite scent.

Fluids are so very important for your body, which is why you should drink water every day. The minimum amount recommended: 8 glasses. Water is the best way to bring oxygen into your bloodstream and let go of toxins. Besides doing all of this, it also transfers all the healthy stuff from the food you eat directly to your body. Remember this important tip: when you’re in a hotel room or another place that’s not your house, use a nasal spray. When you’re at home, keep the room temperature at 69 degrees Fahrenheit; and get a humidifier.

We end part 1 here. But we’ll return with part 2 in a short while!
