3. PAMPER yourself! We’ve said it before, but now is really the moment to incorporate “you time” into your busy schedule. We know it’s tough what with having most evenings booked. If you take a good hard look at your schedule, there’s not much free time to begin with. You need to make it! At least twice a week you should find ways to relax. Do you hair, get your nails done, go shopping, go get a massage, buy the expensive bath products you’re dying to try, and, while you’re at it, don’t forget about your mental health either! Go to the movies, go out with friends, read a book! You could even see a therapist. Just make time for yourself and the things you love.
